Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we process your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and the content of your message, solely to reply to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Work With Us form. If you send an application, we process your name, email, phone, role of interest, cover letter and the attached resume, in order to assess your profile and contact you. The resume is sent by email to Inumele and is not stored on the website. Please do not include data that is not needed for the selection (in particular health data, political opinions, religion or trade-union membership). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting inumele.com may log technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to ensure security and proper operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and in any case within the limits set by law. We do not sell your data and do not use it for profiling or marketing. Only authorised Inumele staff and the technical service providers we rely on (for example hosting and email), who process data on our behalf, can access it. We do not intentionally transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability by writing to info@inumele.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
The inumele.com website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from external services. For this reason no consent banner is required. If analytics or third-party services are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested.
